How do I fix my scanner?

You will need to run the Scanner Setup Wizard. Go to Start, All Programs, Nuance PaperPort 12, Scanner Setup Wizard.

Choose Yes to download the latest scanner database from Nuance and click Next.

Chose Select and test scanner or digital camera and click Next.

Chose the WIA option and click Next.

Choose No and click Next.

Click Finish

Next double click the PaperPort icon on the desktop and try scanning again. For more information on scanning please see "How do I scan a document?"
