Removing Courses/Students from CDLI FULL Registration System

Removing students from a Course during Full Registration

1. Go to registration system. Step 5 C – Enroll Students.

2. Select course on left that you wish to de-register students. Deselect each student from list on the right, you want to remove.

Removing a Course during Full Registration

1. Go to step 5 B – Select Courses.

2. Ensure course is empty i.e. all students are removed (see step 5C above)

3. Deselect course from the list on the right. This will remove the course.

Note: In the image below, you will see that Academic Mathematics 1201 has been removed. Compare to image above.

Removing students from the Registration System no longer taking CDLI courses

1. Remove the student from each course first (See Step a and b above)

2. Remove course (if applicable)

3. Go to Step 5A. Click on student name you wish to remove and then click deactivate.

NOTE: Only do this if a student will not be doing any courses this year. This will not delete the student account, just remove them from your course registration.
