Adding new student CDLI accounts

Once the school year begins, school administrators are unable to add new student accounts. New accounts must be created by the user themselves. Students should navigate to the main CDLI homepage and click on the Sign Up option.

NOTE: Students MUST have a valid email address in order to obtain an account.
