Performance Alerts

E-Teacher's are now able to complete Performance Alerts online. Select Performance Alerts from the menu as shown below.

Choose your course from the list. This will display a list of students for that course. Choose a student from the list.

This will display the Performance Alert Form. Please select the Probable reason(s) for difficulty, Recommendations, Comments and click Save Draft.

The same page will re-display with your selections saved. From here you can:

• make changes and Save Draft again
• Download a PDF Copy of the completed form
• Prepare to Send PDF

Here you will see a list of the recipients of the email:

• Principal
• eTeacher
• Parent (if on file)

If you are ready to send it click Send PDF, otherwise click Go Back and Review.
