In this lesson you will
- understand some of the preconditions for flying an airplane
Students will:
- Identify and examine systems used to communicate critical information through aircraft voice and automated communication channels.
- Identify and examine communication feedback methods and sensors used to identify component or systems failures in aircraft.
- Identify and examine navigation aids utilized to fly an aircraft from point to point worldwide
- Plan and execute flight simulations using one or more aircraft
Prerequisites
To be successful in this lesson, it would be helpful to know the following:
- how to set up a joystick
- how to start and set initial configuration options for MS flight sim
