Outcomes

In this lesson you will

• examine other digital multimedia technologies, including DHTML, VRML, and Flash
• select a multimedia technology and produce a multimedia clip using that technology

Students will

• research new and emerging digital multimedia technologies
• develop a piece of multimedia content using a technology of their chosing

Introduction

Section 4 is an optional section for students who wish to pursue more advanced multimedia interests.  There is one open-ended lesson with an activity requiring students to conduct a research project and develop a multimedia piece using a technology of their choosing.

To be successful in this lesson, it would be helpful to know the following:
