Building the report is a straight forward process. It needs to present
- the problem you were trying to solve
- the conditions and criteria that affected the solution
- a summary of how the solution was arrived at, including options considered, decisions made and why
- an overview of the solution
- a summary of your evaluation and conclusions
Information for the report should come directly from your portfolio, although you will likely need to read and summarize much of it. The report should not just be a copy of your portfolio - that would make it much too long. Rather it is an opportunity for you to look at the process and the results and give your interpretation of them.

Create a table of contents, and for each item make a brief statement about what you intent to cover.
Put you plan in page designstage5/ds5-part1.htm of your portfolio
Create the report
The report can be done in any suitable program. Perhaps the easiest is to use PowerPoint. You will need to discuss this with your instructor, especially about how to do the step below.
Make a copy of the report and put it in your portfolio in the folder designstage5
