Introduction
        The purpose of this stage of design is to identify a suitable opportunity to engage in design of communications technology solutions.  There are two parts to the process
        - identify opportunities from which you will select a suitable project 
 
          - from those identified, select a suitable design project 
 
        
As part of this process you will
        - research possible design opportunities 
 
          - discuss ideas with other students and the teacher 
 
          - assess ideas by using assessment criteria 
 
          - based on the assessment, select a project for further development 
 
        
Prerequisites
        To be successful in this part, you should already 
        - have completed the Unit 1 Project, including
              
- configuring FrontPage, 
 
                - opening, editing, saving, and closing webs and files with FrontPage 
 
                - setting up your course portfolio and be familiar with the course portfolio organization and use 
 
                - setting up your design portfolio and be familiar with the design portfolio organization and use
