Introduction
Biology 3201 is a further analysis of the topic of Living Things and coincides with concepts learned in Biology 2201. The course consists of four units of study: Maintaining Dynamic Equilibrium, Reproduction and Development, Genetic Continuity and Evolution Change and Diversity. Students will examine a broad range of concepts using a problem-solving approach complemented with Core laboratory and STSE (Science, Technology, Society and Environment) modules aimed at supporting curriculum outcomes. The course culminates in a 50% provincial examination with 15 - 20% of the exam consisting of core laboratory and STSE work.
