Although the text uses only three columns for the table, it might be easier to design a table with five columns, similar to the one used in Step A.
Follow the same procedure as you used in Step A, but adjust the WINDOW settings as follows.
- Xmin = -18
- Xmax = 18
- Xscl = 2
- Ymin = -4
- Ymax = 4
- Yscl = 1
