Investigation 7: Instantaneous Velocity & Focus F: Limit Notation

When the ball has reached its maximum height it has, in theory, stopped moving upward and, for that instantaneous moment, the force of gravity acting on the ball and the force acting upward are exactly the same. Thus, the ball is not moving.
