In this lesson you will learn

By the end of this section students will be able to:

Prerequisites

To be successful in this lesson, it would be helpful to know the following:

  • how to find the area of rectangles
  • the concept of limit
  • the summation formulas for finding the sum of the first n natural numbers, the squares of the first n natural numbers, and the cubes of the first n natural numbers
  • the formula for density
