In this lesson you will
- investigate the distance between two points and develop a formula for the distance between the points
- develop a formula for the midpoint of a line segment
By the end of this section students will be able to:
- apply inductive reasoning to make conjectures in geometric situations
- develop and apply formulas for distance and midpoint
- investigate and make and prove conjectures associated with chord properties of circles
