Investigation 3: Parallel and Perpendicular Lines

Once you have started to investigate the different positions of the segments, the diagram may get messed up. If it does, to return to the original screen you started with, simply press r. This will restore the screen to the original diagram.

When you are finished with the investigation, simply close the window and you will be returned to this page.

To help make sure the lines are parallel, a pair of corresponding angles are given ( Ð FBG and  Ð DJG). The lines will be parallel when you make them equal (or as close to equal as the mouse will allow and as steady as your hand is).
