    Registrants who indicated a requirement for hotel accommodations, either through the registration process or through follow up contact with the conference registrar, have their rooms reserved. Confirmation emails were sent to all registrants immediately upon their registration in September.

    Upon arrival at the hotel on November 2nd registrants are asked to proceed to the Hotel Registration Desk to obtain their room assignment and entry key. Rooms are reserved in the name noted during the registration process. There is no confirmation number provided for these room bookings and any guest experiencing check-in challenges is asked to check with an on-site conference committee member.
