Govan, Saskatchewan
The Govan War Memorial was constructed 1981-82 in memory of Fallen Veterans in World War I and World War II from Govan and District.
The monument was erected by the Royal Canadian Legion Govan Branch # 257. The monument is located in front of the Administration Office on the Main street of Govan. Maintenance of the monument and grounds are done by Legion members.
The inscription on the monument reads as follows:
