The Cenotaph

Constructed in 1948 in memory of local residents who fought and died in W.W.2.

On estime à 45 hommes le nombre de soldats de Ville Mont-Roya tués au cours de la Seconde guerre mondiale ou pendant l'exercice de leurs fonctions. Une plaque commémorative a été placée dans l'Hôtel de ville, portant les noms suivants:

Forty-five Town residents were killed in the Second World War or died in active service. A plaque in their honour is on public view in the Town Hall to perpetuate their memory. It lists their names:
