This monument was erected in 1922 in memory of World War I veterans who were killed, and now serves World War II veterans also.
This monument was organized by Mrs. Edward Millar, and was unveiled by John Barrett a World War I veteran who served overseas. Funds for the monument were donated by area residents and businesses.
