The 48 Highlanders Regimental Memorial was erected in 1923, in memory of those who lost their lives in World War I and World War II. The Memorial, located in Queen's Park, is constructed of granite, with bronze plaques. Mr. Eric Halenby and Mr. Mathers Wilson designed the Monument.
