South River Cenotaph

South River, Ontario

Constructed in memory of those who lost their lives in World War I, World War II and Korean War.

The Cenotaph was located at the old post office and moved to the lawn in front of the Town Hall in 1950.

The Royal Canadian Legion, South River Memorial Branch #390 performs annual wreath laying on November 11, and other services from time to time such as a Drumhead Service.
