| Richmond Hill, Ontario Constructed in
memory of the men of Richmond Hill who gave their
lives in the Great War, 1914-1918.
The war memorial was dedicated in August 1923,
on the 50th Anniversary of Richmond Hill's
incorporation as a village. The impressive
memorial stands in front of the old McConaghy
Public School.
