The Branch 12 Memorial was constructed in 1983 in memory of those who served in World War I, World War II, and Korea War.
The memorial was constructed by Branch 12 Ladies Auxiliary
and American Legion Post 12 of Elyria, Ohio. The inscription on the monument is as follows:
Lest We Forget
1914 - 1918
1939 - 1945
Korea War 1950 - 1953
They gave their tomorrow for our today
We Will Remember Them
