The St. Anne's Cemetery Cairn was constructed in 1993 in memory of veteran who have passed away after being discharged from service.
The cairn was constructed by the Ladies Auxiliary, Excelsior Monuments, and the Cemetery Board.
The inscription reads:
They shall not grow old
as we that are left grow old
age shall not weary them
nor the years condemn
at the going down of the sun
and in the morning
