St. John's, The Fighting Newfoundlander

The Memorial was erected in memory of the Newfoundlander's who fought in the World Wars.

The inscription on the Monument reads:

THE FIGHTING NEWFOUNDLANDER
PRESENTED TO THE CITY
OF ST. JOHN'S BY THE HON.
