Constructed in memory of our comrades who gave their lives in the cause of freedom.

In 1970, Flewelling's Funeral Home erected the Cenotaph. It was made by Nelson Monuments in Sussex, New Brunswick. Each Remembrance Day a service is held at the Cenotaph. Lower Southampton Legion Br. #27 is located in the Town of Nackawic - Home of the World's Largest Axe.
