| Marwayne, Alberta
The Marwayne Legion Cenotaph was constructed in 1960(upgraded in 1995) in memory of those of the District who gave their lives in World War I and World War II.
The Marwayne Legion Branch #116 and the Ladies Auxiliary are both active in the community. They hold an annual Remembrance Day service November 11th each year.
The inscription on the Cenotaph reads:
