Description

This video focuses on the various evidence to support plate tectonics. Earthquakes and volcanoes, ocean drilling, and hotspots all support the idea of a mobile Earth and thus support the theory of plate tectonics. Much of this evidence can be seen in and around the Pacific ocean, a region called the Pacific Ring of Fire.
