This video focuses on hints or clues to follow in order to classify minerals into the different mineral groups. Mineral groups that end in "ate" will contain a group of oxygen atoms in the minerals chemical formula and mineral groups that end in "ide" have a metal combined with other major elements in the minerals chemical formula.
