How to add Additional Entries

The following is done in FrontPage with your Design Portfolio open

• Click on Folders in the Views Pane
• Navigate to designstage3/websitefiles
• Click on the last file, entry020.htm
• Copy the file
  • press CTRL plus the C key, or
  • click on Edit from the menu and select Copy
• Make a new file
  • press CTRL plus the V key, or
  • click on Edit from the menu and select Paste
• Repeat as often as you need
• Rename the new files
  • Right-click on the file called entry020_copy(1) and select Rename
  • rename the file to entry021.htm (don't forget the .htm part).
  • repeat for other files you made
• Navigate to designstage3
• Open ds2-part2.htm
• Add a new entry  (Entry 21) at the bottom of the table
• Make a link from the new entry to the file entry021.htm that you just made
