The Internet has an overwhelming collection of Lesson Plan sites for teachers. They are created by a varied group of authors, including curriculum developers, departments or ministries of education, classroom teachers, teachers in training, educational publishers, commercial education materials providers, individuals with a special interest in education, private business promoting their products or point-of-view, and advocacy groups seeking to advance their cause.

In the selection here, you will find a list of lesson plans, lesson plan collections, and searchable lesson plan archives and databases which may be used in your teaching. The volume of material on each site makes it difficult to rate their suitability. However, many lesson plans list the teaching objective(s), thereby making it easier to select one for use your classroom.
