User Friendliness:
Each site that I have included in this resource has been rated. The rating is so that you may spend your time in a more constructive manner. The rating was based on my perceptions of the usefulness of the site to the individual group that it was tailored to.
The scale is from 1 to 10. 1 being the worst that the Web has to offer, and 10 being those sites which will help you the most. Anything about a 5 is a site that is worth going to, in order to find information about the topic you are looking at. Anything below a 5 are sites that offer no tangible information or any useful contacts.
I hope will enjoy this review of sites for Special Education. Remember that we need all the tools at our disposal to deal with life and learning. I hope that the reviews will help to shorten the time spent looking for information and the time used in cursing wasted time.
