Constructed after World War II in memory of veterans from World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Canadian Forces, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that have been buried there since 1920.

This big monument at the Veterans' Section in the Old Mount Pleasant Cemetery was erected after World War I and refurbished in 1989. It stands to honour all of the veterans buried there since 1920.
