Parkdale, Saskatchewan
The Parkdale Monument is located approximately 12 miles west of Glaslyn. It was constructed in 1922 in memory of World War I Veterans.
The original Monument was destroyed while rebuilding a road, several years ago. The picture above is that of the replacement of the original Monument. The original Monument was a replica of the Glasyln Monument. The plague which bear the names of all the veterans who did not return from World War I was lost when the Monument was rebuilt.
