The Canadian Airman's Memorial was erected in 1984. The
bronze and marble Monument was designed by Oscar Nemon.
The inscription on the Monument reads.
IN MEMORY OF OUR CANADIAN AIRMEN WHO FOUGHT IN THE SKIES TO PERSERVE FREEDOM AND ORDER IN THIS WORLD.
