| Glovertown, Newfoundland
The Glovertown War Memorial was constructed in the 1950s in memory of the Veterans of World War I and World War II.
Every year on November 11th, there is a War Memorial Service complete with wreath laying at the monument site. The monument measures 20"x9"x84" and is made of granite.
The inscription on the cenotaph is as follows:
"Erected in memory of those who paid the Supreme Sacrifice in the service of their country.
