Constructed in 1926 in memory of the men of Nanton and District who gave their lives in the 1st and 2nd Great Wars.
A plaque to honour Korean War Veterans was added in 1995. This Cenotaph is maintained by
the Nanton Branch #80 Royal Canadian Legion. A wreath-laying ceremony is held every November 11th at 11am.
